I am Shelley O Shea minister for weddings, vow renewals and baby naming ceremonies. I work in Dublin and surrounding areas and I also conduct weddings outside Ireland

All my ceremonies are handwritten for the couple and no two ceremonies are the same.

A civil ceremony is not based on any religion or fate the ceremony is created just for you. I am totally respectful to all religions and genders love is love.

A celebrant is someone who creates bespoke ceremonies with a personal touch , one of a kind,  for all of life’s milestone moments.  Ceremonies, like the  welcoming of children into the world ( baby naming ,renewal of wedding vows & of course Wedding ceremonies themselves.

My Philosophy

I conduct personal ceremonies that uniquely reflect each couples love story, I merge together words, music, poetry and personal rituals (hand-fasting, sand ceremonies etc). Creating the most magical day for the couple concerned.  I believe every couple’s day should be magic and tailor-made to what makes them happy. My motto is “ Your day your way!”.

I am an interfaith minister and was ordained in 2021.

Many of my friends often ask the question why I became a minister and my answer is simple:  l love the whole concept of Love.

When a couple is happy and send me a beautiful review I know that it’s job well done and that makes me feel happy. A good minister should be as much in the background as foreground making the couple feel relaxed, happy and worry free knowing that their special day is safe in my hands. I take great pride in my work & am professional at all times no matter what the occasion.
